First the Administrator of the Office 365 tenant has to opt in users to the First Release track. Go to the tenant admin portal, Settings , Organization Profile.
The first release options can be set to selected users or entire organization. Now when the correct options are set we can continue to install the first release bits of Office 2016. Download the latest Office Deployment Tool (Office 2016 version) from the Microsoft Download Center and install it.
There are three possibilities of the channels as of below

When the Deployment tool is installed in the directory of choosing, edit the configuration.xml and place something like below in the file :

When this done we can proceeding with installing the bits of Office 2016 32 bits. Please ensure there is no installation of Office present on the machine.
Go to the command prompt in elevated mode or powershell en type the following command:
Setup.exe /configure configuration.xml
Now the installation will start and when its done you will have the Fast Insider bits.
